    1 1/2 tsp yeast
    2 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tbs salted butter

In the bowl of your stand mixer, combine sugar and warm water. Add yeast and stir. Allow to bloom for five minutes. Meanwhile, heat oven to 225 degrees. Using the dough hook, mix in salt and flour until a ball forms. Add 1 tsp olive oil and a tbs of flour if necessary. Knead in an additional tbs of flour with your hands. Grease a 9 inch cast iron skillet with the remaining olive oil. Use your fingers to form the dough into a disc. Place the dough the skillet and stretch it to the edges.
