Ingredients

1 cup Sweet Marsala Wine
1 cup fresh mushrooms
12 oz Bird's Eye Recipe Ready Marsala Blend or equivalent fresh vegetables of choice
2 tablespoons whole grain wheat flour
1/4 cup Beef Broth
Tips
May be served over vegetables, pasta, or meat of choice.
Directions
1. Saute vegetables until soft. Oil is optional and not necessary to soften vegetables cooked from frozen. If you use oil, it is not included in the calorie calculation. Sprinkle with flour.
2. Add wine and stir. Add beef broth and stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until sauce is thickened.
