-
2 cups Skim Milk @105-115 degrees
2 packages dry yeast
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1/3 C. Canola Oil
2.5 cups White Flour
2.5 -3 cups Whole Wheat Flour

Directions
Add yeast, 1 T brown sugar to warm milk and let stand for 5 minutes.

Check to see that dough doesn't feel sticky adding more flour as needed.
