Ingredients

2 12oz. cans Spam Lite
1 C Lite Soy Sauce
6 C Dried rice cooked/steamed
1 12 oz bag Seasoning Blend
1 T Smart Balance Cooking Oil
Directions
Steam rice. While the rice is cooking, slice spam and brown in pan. Do NOT add oil to pan. When the Spam is browned slice into bite size pieces. Thaw seasoning blend, rinse, drain, and add to pan. Cook until heated. Combine rice, oil, spam, seasoning blend, and soy sauce into big bowl. Mix until the soy sauce is well blended.
Serve.
