Introduction

Healthy bread to make the sandwich making me feel less guilty. The only place I have found that you can get this bread is going under gifts foods at morning side church by Jim Baker. Its fantastic and they are helping to feed children with proceds.
Because of the Salba chia seeas it has 8x more omega 3 30% more antioxidants than blueberries, 6 x more calcium than whole milk, 3x more iron than spinach, and 15x more magnesium than broccoli, and 3x mor fiber than oats. So I'm not feeling the guilt of eating this.
