Ingredients

    2 cup Greek yogurt
    .8 cup oat flour
    1 tbsp Xylitol
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    4 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    butter for frying


Directions

Whisk eggs and vanilla set aside
Combine dry ingredients
Mix Yogurt and dry ingredients till just mixed
Add egg mixture until just combined
Cook
