Ingredients

*Bruce Foods, Sweet Potatoes, Canned, 2 cup (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)
Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, .5 cup (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix:
1 lg can sweet potato (drained)
1 cup white sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients and mix till smooth - pour into baking dish and bake
at 375 for 20 minutes.
Topping:
3/4 to 1 cup corn flakes crumbled
1/2 cup chopped nuts (you can eliminate if you up the cornflakes)
1/2 stick butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix ingredients and spread over sweet potato after it finishes baking, then
bake for another 10 minutes.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup serving
