Introduction

Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1C Light Sour Cream
    7 stalks of green onion
    Juice of 3 lime wedges
    1/4 pkg chili seasoning (more or less to taste)
    1/4 C Shredded Mexican cheese

Tips

You can also add celery in to this, or many other vegetables.


Directions

Spray an 8X8 glass pan with non stick cooking spray. Bake chicken at 450 for about 45 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Shred the chicken and place in a large bowl. Add the sour cream and mix well. Next add the chili seasoning and mix again. Lastly stir in the green onions and cheese and mix again. Spread it on your sandwich, wrap, or leaf of lettuce and enjoy! It is also good just on its own.
