I usually make this recipe with coconut but my husband doesn't like it. Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
4oz semi-sweet baker's chocolate
2 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped dried apicots
Directions
1) Beat sugar, egg and vanilla together in a large bowl, set aside.
2) Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. Add to sugar & egg mixture and stir well.
3) Add marshmallows, 1/4 cup of the chopped walnuts and all apricots to bowl and mix well to thoroughly coat.
4) Cut 3 pieces of waxed paper approx. 12 inches long and cover each in the remaining 1 1/4 cup nuts equaly. Divide chocolate mixture into 3 equal parts and drop by spoonfulls onto waxed paper, forming a line of mixture about 1 inch in diameter. "Roll" mixture in nuts until completely coated. Wrap each log in waxed paper and chill until set. Slice into half-inch pieces.
NOTE: You should be able to get about 22 half inch pices out of each log.
