Ingredients

1 cup ice, crushed
1 cup Dole Frozen Fruit
1 container (8 oz) 0% fat Chobani Black Cherry Yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup calcium enriched orange juice
Tips
I use Dole Frozen Fruit from BJs Wholesale Club in CT. The fruit and nutrifacts may differ from Dole Frozen Fruit sold in the regular grocery stores. Serving size, for example, is 1 cup. Store bags say 3/4 cup.
Directions
Crush ice in a blender. Add to the blender jar all of the ingredients listed - frozen fruit, yogurt, milk and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Divide into two tall glasses or to-go cups and enjoy.
