Ingredients

    1lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion,chopped
    2 cloves garlic, mined
    4 pieces celery, chopped
    2 cans (16oz) Bush's Chili beans, undrained
    2 cups water
    1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Tips

Original recipe calls for ground beef but I used ground turkey to make it healthier.


Directions

In large skillet, cook turkey until lightly browned. Push to one side of pan. Add onion, garlic, and celery. Cook until soft. Drain excess fat. Mix in remaining ingredients. Mix well, simmer 30-45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
