    Onions & Peppers, Sauteed, .5 cup
    80/20 ground beef chuck, 16 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup

Directions

Brown beef, drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, and Onions & Peppers. Set slow cooker for 4 hours.
