    1 can (12oz) Carnation Evaporated Milk
    1/3c Brown Sugar C&H Golden Brown Sugar
    1/3c Splenda
    2/3c Flour
    1/4tsp Baking Powder
    1/4tsp Baking Soda
    1 can (15oz) Libby Canned Pumpkin
    1tsp Imitation Vanilla Extract
    1tsp Ground cinnamon

Tips

I couldn't rate.... they are a little bland tastes like egg. I left is shared in case someone can use it as a base idea. maybe use sugar or more splenda.


Directions

combine all dry except sugars
combine all other ingredients... add dry
pour into cupcake pan/papers 1/3 full
350 20 min
