Ingredients

Knorr Lipton Pasta Sides Alfredo-1 pkg
3 1/2 cups water
1 cup 2 % milk
1 10 oz package of raw medium shrimp
2 tbsp country crock light butter
Directions
1) In deep 12 in nonstick skillet, melt butter and cook shrimp. Shirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. remove and set aside.
2) Add water and milk and bring to a boil, stir in the pasta sides and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 9 minutes or until pasta is tender, stir in shrimp. cook 1 minute.
Can add other items into pasta but it would obviously increase the calories....add 1 10 oz package of sliced mushrooms, 1 /4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chipped 1 10 oz package of baby spinach leaves and 2 tbsp of pine nuts to sprinkle on top and the nutritional info changes to 500 calories , 16g total fat, 55g total carb, and 9g protein per serving.
Serves 4.
