Ingredients

1 cup diced extra lean ham
2 cups lowfat cheese of choice (I use cheddar)
    1 cup fresh chopped broccoli
2 can lite crescent roll refrigerated dough

Directions

On clean cutting board, dice ham and broccoli. Using cheese grater, shred cheese into a pile on a separate plate. Open can of crescent roll dough and separate triangles along dotted lines. Overlap edges of triangles along flat side opposite the point.

Scatter the ham and broccoli evenly over the overlapped dough. Pile the shredded cheese over the top. Fold tips of dough over top of cheese and tuck tips under bottom dough.

Bake roll on pizza or cookie sheet at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown. Cooking time may alter according to oven, but brocolli should be moderately soft and cheese should be melted. Refer to baking instructions on dough can for definite times.
