Ingredients

    2 1/4 cup flour.
    1 1/2 cup non fat milk.
    1/2 cup canola oil.
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
    2 large eggs.
    2 tsp baking powder.
    1 tsp salt.

Tips

You can add olives, Red bell pepper, Yellow bell pepper, Smoked turkey or smoked beef.


Directions

1- Beat eggs.
2- Mix beaten eggs with milk, oil, stiffed flour, baking powder and salt.
3- Add cheddar cheese and mix lightly.
4- Put in cupcakes papers.
5- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
6- Bake for 25 min at 350 F.

Serving Size: 12 cupcake.
