Ingredients

    1lb extra lean ground beef
    1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
    1 28oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2c frozen corn
    1-1/2c 1% milk
    1c cornmeal
    1 4oz can chopped green chillies, drained
    2 egg whites-lightly beaten
    1 1-1/4 oz envelope reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
    2c shredded reduced fat mexican cheese

Directions

preheat oven to 350* spray a 13x9"baking pan with non sitck cooking spray.
In a large nonstick skillet, cook beef and jalapeno peppers over medium heat till meat is no longer pink;drain.
Stir in the tomatoes, corn,milk,cornmeal,green chillies,egg whites and taco seasoning mix until blended. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake up to 40 minutes, until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese;bake 5 min more or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with Salsa
