Ingredients

    1 cup boiling water
    1 3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    1 cup cabbage, coarsely sliced
    2 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces.

Directions

Blend water and jello in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until veggies are coarsely chopped. Empty into a bowl. Chill until partially set then pour into six molds or bowls. Six Servings.
