Ingredients

    2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
    3 Tbsp chia seeds
    2 scoops egg white protein powder(I use Jay Robb vanilla)
    2 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
    dash cinnamon
    dash salt

Tips

Great topped with fresh fruit for a light breakfast or pre-workout snack.


Directions

Shake or Blend all ingredients together. Let sit at least 1 hour to firm up.
