    5 small peeled red potatoes
    2 cups bite size cauliflower
    1 cup sliced leek
    3 cups chicken broth
    3 oz of cook roast beef diced


place all items except beef in slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours. Puree 5 cups and place back into slow cooked add diced meat and keep at high for one hour longer
