Ingredients

    1 4oz Boneless/skinless Chicken Breast
    1/2 Cup Green Pepper (cut in strips)
    1/2 Cup Onion (cut in strips)
    2 TBS Soy Sauce
    2 TBS Oyster Sauce
    1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Slice chicken breast into thin strips and stir fry in olive oil. When chicken is cooked halfway through add peppers and onions.

When chicken and veggies are cooked (do not over cook your veggies) add the soy and oyster sauce.

Continue to stir-fry for another minute to mix the flavors.

You can eat this alone or serve over rice.
