Ingredients

    Organic Ground Beef Calories in Family Farms Organic Ground Beef (whole package = 16oz), 1 serving
    Yukon Gold Petite Potatoes (4 = 1 serving), 1 serving
    Baby Bella Mushrooms, fresh, 8 oz
    Pam cooking spray (1 spray), 6 serving
    2% milk mild cheddar cheese, shredded, Kroger brand, 1 cup
    Cheese - Mozzarella, Kroger all natural low moisture part skim finely shredded, 0.25 cup
    Progresso Recipe Starters: Creamy Three Cheese, 4.5 serving (1 can)
    Salt - Sea - 0.75 tsp
    Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Sautee mushrooms in 2 sprays of Pam cooking spray and 1 Tbs water, remove from heat
Cook ground beef in mushroom juice, add salt
Spay 8.5 x 6.5" dish w/ Pam & put a little sauce in the bottom
Add ground beef, cover with mushrooms, cover with more sauce (sprinkle with salt & black pepper)
Layer thin sliced potatoes over the top, cover with more sauce (sprinkle with salt & black pepper)
Probably another half layer of potatoes left, layer those on there, cover with the rest of the sauce (sprinkle with salt & black pepper)
Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees covered with foil
Remove foil and cover with cheddar cheese, bake uncovered for another 15 minutes
Remove from oven, sprinkle 1/4 c mozzarella over the top and let cool.
