    * Sweet potato, 2 cut into 1" chunks
    * Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, chopped
    * Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 2 cup
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz cubed or shredded
    * Ranch seasoning packet
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup


* Combine the sweet potatoes, cabbage, cottage cheese, and ranch seasoning and spread evenly in a baking dish
* Top with mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs
*Bake for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly and potatoes are tender
