Introduction
This recipe is adapted from one on the Silver Palate Grain Berry Pancake and Waffle mix box. This program couldn't find this product when calculating the nutritional information, so I substituted another wholegrain mix, but do use Grain Berry mix if you can find it. Ingredients

1 c Silver Palate Grain Berry Pancake and Waffle Mix
1.5 c vanilla soymilk
1 T ground flax seeds
3 T water
1 T vegetable oil
earth balance margarine, for the pan
Directions
Mix together the ingredients. Heat about half a teaspoon of margarine in a skillet over med-high heat. Once the margarine is hot, ladle about 1/3 c mix into the pan. Flip once the edges look firm, cook for a couple more minutes and remove from the pan. Keep going until the batter is finished.
