Ingredients

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced (optional)
5 cups (8 ounces) organic baby spring mix lettuces and greens
4 cups (8 ounces) chopped hearts of romaine
1/3 English cucumber with peel, halved and thinly sliced on Mandoline
2 large radishes thinly sliced on Mandoline
24 grape tomatoes, quartered
1/8 large sweet onion, thinly sliced on Mandoline
Tips
Add or remove any desired vegetables (other than lettuces). Use whatever you like that is in your fridge. You can also add olives and pepperoncini if desired. Add meats, cheeses, shrimp, salmon, and/or hard boiled eggs to salad for a complete main dish. Serve with your choice of dressing.
Directions
Using a wooden bowl, rub the garlic into the bowl with the back of a teaspoon. Keep or discard as desired.
Toss all remaining ingredients in the bowl.
