-
2 cups diced ham, regular
1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
1 1/2 cups Asparagus, 1/2" dice
2 T Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
8 Eggs, large
2 cups Milk, 1%
1 cup Flour, white
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
3/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Parisien Bonnes Herbes
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Chop the asparagus and green onions. Melt the smart balance over medium heat and add the asparagus and green onion and saute until tender. Meanwhile chop the ham and add to the baking dish. When the asparagus is tender, spread it over the ham. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, flour, parmesan cheese, salt, herbes, garlic and pepper. Beat until smooth and pour over the ham mixture. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
