Ingredients

    Green Giant 100% Natural Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli and Cheese Sauce, 2.25 cups
    Krusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix, 3/4 cup
    Milk, 2%, 0.5 cup
    Eggs, 2 large
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/3 cup
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 6 slices, crumbled fine

Tips

Can be used with other kinds of cheese, or real bacon, or sausage crumbles. Some people like these with hot sauce, or a light mustard sauce, or even ketchup. Try different combinations!


Directions

Mix all ingredients well, being sure to crumble the bacon strips and chop the broccoli finer if necessary.

Use a mini-muffin pan, for 24 puffs. Add pepper and salt to taste, if desired.

Bake at 375 F for about 15 minutes, until puffs are done. The tops will be golden brown and you can check with a toothpick as needed.
