Ingredients

*Tomato Cooked Boiled Medium Size, 3 serving *onion, boiled, medium, 1 serving
Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Paprika, 1 tsp
*Garam Masala, 1 tbsp
*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
*coriander powder, 1 serving
Ginger Root, 1 tsp
Garlic, 3 clove
Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 0.5 oz
Peanuts, dry-roasted, 15 peanut
Tofu, extra firm, 0.5 block
Tips
cut tofu in desired shape and sizes you want.
Directions
Heat should be on medium high all the time.
Make paste of everything( onion, tomato, ginger-garlic).
Soak cashew and peanut in hot water for about 5 min, and grind them into paste.
Heat oil and butter in a pan, add bay leaf than onion paste, saute for 2-3 min, then add all the spices. Saute them until oil separates. add Tomato paste and cook it for next 2-3 min. then add cashew paste. and cook until oil separates from them.
Now, add water according to consistency you want and mix it properly.
Now add small pieces of tofu and mix it properly. and cover with lid for 4-6 min. Mix them intermittently.
Serve with Naan, Chapati or Bread.
