Ingredients

    1 pie crust (9")
    2 eggs
    1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
    1 can (30 oz) pumpkin pie mix

Directions

Mix ingredients together and fill into pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 350 degrees and bake an additional 40 minutes, or until done.
