    eggs - 8 whole
    about 6 tablespoons of egg whites
    steamed brocolli
    salt and pepper or mrs. dash to taste

change up the veggie - these are great with asparagus, zucchini - whatever you like!


Directions

bake in a 12 cup muffin tin at 375 for about 20-30 minutes until the egg cups are set
