This salsa ROCKS! I made it three times in the last week, one of which was to take to a party where everyone - EVERYONE - wanted the recipe. So I directed them to sparkpeople.com. :) - 7/22/08

I made this for Father's Day dinner and it was a huge hit! My mother-in-law doesn't like anything too spicy so I only used 1/4 of a jalepeno but other than that followed the recipe exactly. Served over quinoa with steamed green beans on the side. Will definitely make this one again! - 6/16/14
