Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Whisk together:
    1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    Tobasco to Taste
    1 Tbsp ginger root
    3 cloves garlic, finely minced

    Boil large pot of salted water.
    Add 8 ounces dry spaghetti, cook x 4 min.
    Then add 2 cups broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces.
    Cook another 2 min.
    Then add 1 # shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes, or until pink.
    Do not overcook. Drain well.

    Mix sauce with spaghetti mixture, toss gently to coat.
    May top with 4 chopped green onions and chopped nuts, if desired.
    Drain all.


Tips

Be careful not to overcook. May choose to prepare the spaghetti separately to keep it al dente.
