Seriously shocked how well this turned out. Don't bulk at the calorie count, one slice easily equals the same amount of bread as normal gluten free slices that are store bought and tastes intensely better. Ingredients

3 eggs (at room temp)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk, skim (at room temp)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon xanthan gum
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup white rice flour
1 cup brown rice flour
1 tablespoon yeast
Directions
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. Select the sweet dough cycle. (NOT GF CYCLE) Five minutes into the cycle, check the consistency of the dough. Add additional rice flour or liquid if necessary.
3.When bread is finished, let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
