Introduction

This is a blend of The Plan's Blueberry-Pear Compote and Chia-Hemp Power Pudding This is a blend of The Plan's Blueberry-Pear Compote and Chia-Hemp Power Pudding
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup blueberries
    1 pear
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1/2-3/4 cups water
    1/2 cup chia seeds
    1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds
    stevia to taste
    cinnamon or other spices to taste

Tips

Add more water and/or coconut milk to change the consistency of the pudding.
Can be served hot or cold. Top with slivered almonds and cinnamon-spiced coconut milk for a treat.


Directions

Chop blueberries and pear and simmer in coconut milk and water with desired spices and sweetener for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in chia and hemp seeds, stirring frequently for 2 minutes.
Cool in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
