Ingredients

3 lbs. 93% lean ground beef
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp season all
1/4 cup chili powder
1 15 oz can red kidney bean (drained)
1 15 oz. can pinto beans
1 15 oz can chili hot beans
1 can original Rotel
1 can diced tomatoes
1 12 oz can tomato juice
2 cups water
Tips
This chili tastes better the next day. You can brown the ground beef in a skillet and then put all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for about 6 hours.
Directions
Brown ground beef in large dutch oven.
Drain and rinse with hot water.
Return to pot.
Add onions and green peppers.
Cook until onions are translucent.
Add chili powder, cayenne pepper and season all
Add Rotel, tomatoes and beans.
Add water until desired thickness.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for two hours. Stir frequently to prevent chili from scorching.
