Ingredients

    1 large Onion, diced.
    6 Mushrooms, chopped.
    Tinned chopped tomatoes (one tins worth)
    Tomato Paste (about half a tablespoon)

Directions

Dice onions and add to the pan.
Chop Mushrooms and add to the pan.
Cook until soften, then add the chopped tomatoes and the tomato paste. Leave to shimmer for 10-15 minutes. Once cooked, blend using whatever blending tool you have.
