Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup
    Pineapple, frozen chunks, .5 cup,
    Avocado - Fresh - 50Cal/1-Oz./2-Tbsp., 2 serving
    Spinach, fresh, .5 cup
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Banana, fresh or frozen, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)

Tips

Separate and refrigerate/freeze and save for a snack later. This is a great after-school snack for the kids.


Directions

Combine chilled milk, pineapple, avocado, spinach, lemon juice, parsley, and banana in a high-power blender and puree until smooth. Makes 2 1-cup servings.
