Introduction

Great for watching carb count especially for dinner. I had stewed tomatoes I had frozen from the garden and homemade pesto. Pine nuts are in pesto and very good for your health. Ingredients

    Tomatoes from can or stew yourself about 4 cups
    Stir fry vegetables beans, peppers and carrots 2 cups
    ( note I chaged grams to say the serving size of 16 oz)
    12 turkey meatballs
    Oregano 1 tsp
    Garlic 1 clove
    Pesto .25 cup


Directions

Put ingredients together in pot and cook and serve.

Serving Size: 6 1 cup servings with 2 meatballs each serving
