    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion, diced)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Crushed Tomatoes, 794 grams
    Cannellini Beans - 1 15 oz can
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup dry

Directions

Brown onion and turkey in the olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes covered.
