Ingredients

    Peas, frozen, petite 20 oz
    Shrimp, raw, 25 small
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup finely chopped
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .5 cup
    Lemon juice, .5 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp finely chopped
    Curry powder, .5 tsp or to taste
    Almonds, .25 cup, slivered for garnish

Directions

Mix ingredient (minus almonds) and chill until serving time. Serve on bed of crunchy chow mein noodles if desired and garnish with almond slivers.
