Ingredients

    500g strong white bread flour
    7g fast action yeast
    10g salt
    40ml olive oil
    320 ml Luke warm water

Directions

Place flour in large bowl, place yeast to one side and salt to the other, add oil, add 250ml of water and start to combine. Add more water as needed. Depending on brand of flour you will more or less water then stated. Mix to a dough. Then on a slightly oiled surface knead til the dough is smooth, springy - bounces back when prodded!

Place into an oiled bowl and cover. Place in no warm spot to rise to at least double original size.

Onesie risen roll out to desired size and thickness top and bake at 220/gm7 til cooked. I do mine thin and they take about 12 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 3 individual pizzas or 10 small children's pizzas
