Ingredients

    2 lb tri tip beef roast, fat trimmed
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
    0.5 pkt (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
    .625 cup water

Recipe is from allrecipes.com. Some reviewers say you can reduce the liquid further, but I haven't tried it. Yet.


Directions

In crock pot, combine soup, soup mix, and water. Add roast, and coat with soup mixture. Cook on Low for 4-5 hours
