Introduction

oatmeal, nuts, and honey oatmeal, nuts, and honey
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    4 C oatmeal
    1/2 C raw almonds, chopped
    1/2 C raw pecans, chopped
    1/2 C pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
    1/4 flax seed
    1/3 to 1/2 C honey
    1/3 to 1/2 C vegetable or canola oil

Tips

Cook until slightly golden brown. Color deepens as granola cools.
I add different nuts depending on what I have available, walnuts are an excellent choice.


Directions

Mix oil and honey together, add remaining ingredients and stir to thoroughly coat.
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
