Ingredients

    3/4 cup of parmesan cheese grated
    2 t of paprika
    1 T parsley
    1 T evoo
    4 tilapia fish filets
    1 lemon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
combine mix into a mixture
place in baking pan over top of the fish
slice lemon and add to pan
bake for 10-12 minutes
