Introduction

This is a perfect Saturday morning fun breakfast treat. I make this with my four sons. The melty peanut butter and sweetness of the banana are perfect with the crunch of golden toasted bread. Ingredients

    2 slices soft wheat bread
    2 Tblsp creamy or crunchy peanut butter
    1 Tbsp honey
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup sliced banana
    butter

Tips

Can omit honey for less carbs and it tastes fine.


Directions

Mix together peanut butter, honey and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread mixture onto once slice of bread. Place slices of banana in a single layer on top of peanut butter. Top with slice of bread. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Grill until golden brown. Do NOT let it burn!
