Ingredients

    ¼ cup Dried Bread Crumbs
    ¼ tsp. Ground Cumin
    ¼ tsp. Ground Coriander
    3 cups. Cooked or 2 cans (15 oz. each)Low-sodium Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    ¼ cup Light Mayonnaise
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 t. Celery Salt
    1 t. chili pepper

Directions

1. In a food Processor with knife blade attached (if you have one) , pulse bread crumbs, cumin, celery salt, coriander, 2/3 beans, 2 T. mayonnaise, ¼ t. salt and ¼ t. black pepper until well combined (I mix these in a bowl instead of a processor)
2. Stir in remaining whole beans until well combined. Divide into 4 portions and shape into patties.
3. Lightly coat 12-inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium for 1 minute, then add patties. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until browned on both sides, turning once during cooking time.
4. (OPTIONAL) In a separate bowl, combine chili seasoning and remaining mayonnaise until well mixed. Place mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato on open faced bun. Add burger and Enjoy!


Serving Size: makes 8 bun sized burgers
