Ingredients

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup of sliced Green peppers
    1/2 cup of Sliced Red pepper
    1/2 cup of Sliced Onion
    1/2 cup of brocolli
    1/2 cup Diced carrots
    Chicken Broth
    Adobo

Directions

In a deep pan add Chicken broth, add Adobo to taste. Season Chicken breast with a small amount of Adobo ( the flavor of the veggies and other seasoning will add flavor so just a little) Once water in pot is boiling add all your veggies and lay the chicken breast on top. Put the lid on and turn the heat on medium to low let the chicken slow cook for about 15 minutes depending on thickness. To test if chicken is well cooked cut in the center. You can have this with brown rice and it is very yummy and Filling and you can also replace the chicken with fish and it is also very good.
