Ingredients

    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    *Garlic, Minced, Spice World, 3 tsp
    *Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, chopped
    *Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless, raw), 16 oz, cubed
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Spaghetti Squash,baked and scraped from rind, 4 cup,
    *Cilantro (leaves, fresh), chopped, .5 cup
    Parsley,chopped, .5 cup
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
    Margarine, hard, 4 tsp
    *Salt (table), 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in oil until translucent. Add chicken and broccoli. Cook until chicken in done. Add spaghetti squash and herbs. Mix thoroughly. Add margarine and salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
