    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 Tbsp butter melted
    1 cup white flour
    1/4 Tsp salt

Directions

start w/cold oven
mix together all ingredients - butter popover pan cups - fill 6 cups 1/2 full - put in cold oven - set heat at 450 and bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 15 min. Makes 6 large popovers
