Ingredients

    4 Chicken breasts (16 oz.)
    2 tsp. sesame oil (for sautéing)
    2 T vegetable oil (for sautéing)
    2 T sesame seeds
    Garlic powder
    Salt/Pepper

Directions

Cut chicken in to small chunks or strips. Heat pan or electric skillet with sesame oil and vegetable oil. Add salt/pepper/garlic powder/ sesame seeds to chicken and sauté until lightly browned and cooked through. Eat as lettuce wraps with peanut sauce, rice, cabbage, carrots, red peppers. Enjoy!
